There are 3 rooms in total that are rented in the Barbour House (The Studio, Trinity Room, Cove View Room). The Cove View Room is located on the second floor.

The Barbour House is located adjacent to the Twine Loft.

Meals: Guests of Trinity Room may select a complimentary hot of cold breakfast dish from our breakfast menu. (For Example: Bacon, eggs & toast, french toast, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and granola)

Water View: No, the window faces towards the town.

• Bodywash, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided in the washroom. Toiletries are provided in large format bottles (not hotel size) in order to reduce plastic waste.

This is our smallest bedroom and does not have a water view, however it has the most spacious washroom of all our rooms. We recommend this room where big attention is given to small details. This is a perfect room for the traveler who plans to spend a lot of their time out and about versus wanting to spend their vacation in their room. This is also our most affordable room. Guests of this room can relax on the waterside deck at the Twine Loft, but may not bring their own food onto the deck once we open in the afternoon (typically 3pm). Alcoholic beverages can never be brought onto the deck.

Room Location: The Trinity Room is located on the second floor of the Barbour House. It requires approximately 10 steps to access the 2nd floor. The Cove View Room (max two guests) is also located on the second floor. Below the room on the main floor is the King Studio Suite which hosts a maximum of 3 guests. 

Check-In is at 4pm. Should your accommodation be ready earlier you may check in earlier.

Check-Out is at 10:30am.

Access: The building and the front door of your room has a code. Please go to the Twine Loft for registration and to receive your codes.

Number and age of guests: This room can accommodate up to two guests (including children). Due to the configuration of the building with guests adjacent and below the room we do not recommend this space for children younger than 6. Our vacation homes are appropriate for guests of all ages.

Additional Areas our Guests Can Access

Twine Loft Deck

Guests are welcome on the Twine Loft deck without purchasing anything from the Twine Loft, however guests cannot bring their own alcohol onto the deck.

Rate: Rates for our rooms can vary depending on season, number of guests and length of stay.  Visit our booking section and enter the dates you wish to stay to be shown availability and rates.  A deposit of $200 is required to book this room or 25% of the full stay for booking of 5 nights and longer.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: There my be particular dates with minimum night requirements. You will see this when you enter your desired dates.  If fewer nights are available than the minimum, you can call us to book.

Other Details About Artisan Inn & Vacation Homes

Check In: 4pm You may check in earlier if the property is ready.  If you wish to check in after 6pm please notify the office ahead of time. Check in is located on the 2nd floor of the Twine Loft (red building by the water).

Check Out Time: 10:30am This allows our staff the necessary time to turn over the property for the next stay. If you would like a later check out, please notify us during your stay and we can confirm the day prior if it is possible.

Travelling with Children

Our houses are historic and therefore not 100% soundproof. Guests staying in our individual rooms must be above the age of six. Our vacation homes are available for families with children of all ages.
