Layout and Location

Lighthouse View is a charming vacation home, ideal for one to two couples or a small family. Nestled just across the street from the rocky shore of Trinity Harbour, it’s a favourite spot for landscape artists seeking inspiration. From the living room, kitchen, and deck, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Fort Point Lighthouse and the dramatic cliffs of Skerwink.

This two-story home carries a rich history, having housed three generations of carpenters. Thoughtful interior renovations have preserved its traditional charm while adding modern comforts.

Inside the Home

• First Floor: Features a cozy sitting room with a TV, a separate kitchen and dining area, and a spacious deck overlooking Trinity Harbour, complete with aa fire table and BBQ for outdoor cooking.
• Second Floor: Offers two bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and another with either two twin beds or a king bed (the twin beds are high-quality Simmons Beautyrest mattresses that can be zipped together to create a king bed upon request).
• Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with a full tub/shower.

One of the great advantages of an Artisan Inn Vacation Home is that the inn’s staff are on hand to provide assistance to guests with self-catering homes. If the wi-fi is down, you cannot operate the TV, if you experience a plumbing issue or if you just need directions to the nearest grocery store, just let us know.

Other Details About Artisan Inn & Vacation Homes

Check In: 4pm You may check in earlier if the property is ready.  If you wish to check in after 6pm please notify the office ahead of time. Check in is located on the 2nd floor of the Twine Loft (red building by the water).

Check Out Time: 10:30am This allows our staff the necessary time to turn over the property for the next stay. If you would like a later check out, please notify us during your stay and we can confirm the day prior if it is possible.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: This house can sleep 1-4 guests. Depending on the date you have booked, the rate may be based on the number of guests you have selected, so please ensure that number is accurate.  If you are part of a group renting multiple properties in Trinity, please note that a maximum of 8 people can be in the property at one time, unless permission has been granted by Artisan Inn.  If we see that this rule is not being respected you may be asked to leave prior to your reservation being over or incur an additional charge should damage occur or extra cleaning be required.
