The Layout and Location

Hill House, designed by architect Frank Lapointe, was created as the ultimate couple’s retreat. Perched on a hill, the house overlooks the town of Trinity, Fisher Cove and Trinity Harbour.  With breathtaking views of the sea all around and exquisite light throughout the day, this peaceful setting provides a tranquil contrast to everyday routine.  Relax, breathe the fresh air, stroll the hills and meadows or explore the town….whatever is your choice.

While the house is spacious it is truly designed as a retreat for 2 people, there is a pull out couch on the main floor. Please be aware that the main floor the kitchen, sitting area and tv den are all in one large space and the bedroom on the second story is access by a staircase, but is still incorporated into the open concept. There is a private bathroom on each floor

The house offers both views of sunrise and sunset.

One of the great advantages of an Artisan Inn Vacation Home is that the inn’s staff are on hand to provide assistance to guests with self-catering homes. If the wi-fi is down, you cannot operate the TV, if you experience a plumbing issue or if you just need directions to the nearest grocery store, just let us know.

Breakfast and daily turndown services are not included with vacation home rentals.

Other Details About Artisan Inn & Vacation Homes

Check In: 4pm You may check in earlier if the property is ready.  If you wish to check in after 6pm please notify the office ahead of time. Check in is located on the 2nd floor of the Twine Loft (red building by the water).

Check Out Time: 10:30am This allows our staff the necessary time to turn over the property for the next stay. If you would like a later check out, please notify us during your stay and we can confirm the day prior if it is possible.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: This house can sleep 1-4 guests. Depending on the date you have booked, the rate may be based on the number of guests you have selected, so please ensure that number is accurate.  If you are part of a group renting multiple properties in Trinity, please note that a maximum of 8 people can be in the property at one time, unless permission has been granted by Artisan Inn.  If we see that this rule is not being respected you may be asked to leave prior to your reservation being over or incur an additional charge should damage occur or extra cleaning be required.
