The Layout and Location:
Situated on the water’s edge of Trinity Harbour, Admiral’s Lookout – a lovingly restored, registered heritage building – offers an unforgettable haven of rest and relaxation while visiting historic Trinity, Newfoundland. The four-bedroom vacation home is decorated with the award-winning furniture of local woodworker Mike Patterson and is ideal for taking in the eastern morning sunrise or watching the golden glow from the setting sun against the cliffs of Skerwink and historic Fort Point Lighthouse.

The vacation home is 2 stories. On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms (two queen rooms, one double room and one room with 2 twin beds) A large full bathroom with shower/tub, and a reading room. On the first floor there is a TV den with pull out couch, a small, full bathroom with stand up shower, open concept sitting/ dining/ kitchen area with wood burning fireplace and a view of Trinity Harbour. The kitchen opens onto a large deck with outside seating and a BBQ.

One of the great advantages of an Artisan Inn Vacation Home is that the inn’s staff are on hand to provide assistance to guests with self-catering homes. If the wi-fi is down, you cannot operate the TV, if you experience a plumbing issue or if you just need directions to the nearest grocery store, assistance will be provided to you.

Check In: 4pm You may check in earlier if the property is ready.  If you wish to check in after 6pm please notify the office ahead of time. Check in is located on the 2nd floor of the Twine Loft (red building by the water).

Check Out Time: 10:30am This allows our staff the necessary time to turn over the property for the next stay. If you would like a later check out, please notify us during your stay and we can confirm the day prior if it is possible.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: This house can sleep 1-10 guests, however we feel it is best suited for up to 8. Depending on the date you have booked, the rate may be based on the number of guests you have selected, so please ensure that number is accurate.  If you are part of a group renting multiple properties in Trinity, please note that a maximum of 12 people can be in the property at one time, unless permission has been granted by Artisan Inn.  If we see that this rule is not being respected you may be asked to leave prior to your reservation being over or incur an additional charge should damage occur or extra cleaning be required.
