The Campbell Suite is located just a minute’s walk from the Twine Loft restaurant on a hill offering views of both Trinity Harbour and Fisher Cove. The main floor offers a spacious sitting room and dining room area. Both bedrooms (queen in one room and double /single bed in another) and both bathrooms are located on the second floor.  A back patio offers a stunning view of the sunset over Fisher Cove with a fire table. There are two additional Loft rooms with a single bed each which can be made available for an additional $40 per night per room on top of the base rate.

Important to know when picking this suite: Campbell House is a registered heritage structure built in 1840. Ceilings are lower than average.  Around 6 foot 2 in height in some areas.  Due to the historic nature of this house and its contents, this house is not appropriate for guests 6 years or younger.  As this building was traditionally set up to be rented by the room pre Covid-19, guests do not have access to a full kitchen.  A mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea station sink and counter will be accessible to guests in the main room with the dining table.  The back portion of the house will remain a storage area that staff members may access from time to time via a private entrance at the back of the property.

Meals: Breakfast is not included with the Campbell Suite. Guests may request to book breakfast at the Twine Loft.

Loft Rooms: There are two loft rooms on the top floor with a single bed, sink, dresser & mirror. These can be made available for an extra cost. The loft rooms can be warmer in the summer months And are not recommended between mid July and mid August.

Back Patio: Guests have private access to a back patio with 4 Adirondack chairs and a fire table. The patio faces west with a view of Fisher Cove.

Laundry service is available at an additional cost. Turn down service is not available while Covid-19 restrictions are in place, however, if you request more towels, toilet paper, coffee filters…they will be provided for you.

Number of Guests and Ages: We recommend a max of 5 guests for this property, but feel that 4 is most comfortable. We do not recommend this property for guests younger than 6 (unless they are not in the crawling / walking phase) due to the historic nature of this property.

Check-In is at 4pm. Should your accommodation be ready earlier you may check in earlier.

Check-Out is at 10:30am.

Check Out Time: 10:30am This allows our staff the necessary time to turn over the property for the next stay. If you would like a later check out, please notify us during your stay and we can confirm the day prior if it is possible.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: This house can sleep 1-6 guests. We feel 4 is the most comfortable amount. Depending on the date you have booked, the rate may be based on the number of guests you have selected, so please ensure that number is accurate.  If you are part of a group renting multiple properties in Trinity, please note that a maximum of 8 people can be in the property at one time, unless permission has been granted by Artisan Inn.  If we see that this rule is not being respected you may be asked to leave prior to your reservation being over or incur an additional charge should damage occur or extra cleaning be required.
