May & October Special Rates: 20% off base rate for stays 3 nights or longer
Cleaning Fee: $35 - This one-time cleaning fee is applied to bookings to cover increased staff and material expenses while Covid-19 is a concern

Campbell Suite – 2 Room - The Features
Location & Layout:
The Campbell Suite is located just a minute’s walk from the Twine Loft restaurant on a hill offering views of both Trinity Harbour and Fisher Cove. The main floor offers a spacious sitting room and dining room area. Both bedrooms (queen in one room and double /single bed in another) and both bathrooms are located on the second floor. A back patio offers a stunning view of the sunset over Fisher Cove with a fire table.
Important to know when picking this suite: Campbell House is a registered heritage structure built in 1840. Ceilings are lower than average. Around 6 foot 2 in height in some areas. Due to the historic nature of this house and its contents, this house is not appropriate for guests 6 years or younger. As this building was traditionally set up to be rented by the room pre Covid-19, guests do not have access to a full kitchen. A mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea station will be accessible to guests in the main room. The back portion of the house will remain a storage area that staff members may access from time to time via a private entrance at the back of the property.

Additional Areas our Guests Can Access
Drink service is available during advertised hours. Outside of advertised drink service hours, guests of the inn may sit on the relax on the deck without purchasing anything.
Twine Loft-Loft (This area is being used for evening dining while Covid-19 restrictions are in place and is not accessible as a common area until Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted)
The Loft area is where we keep maps and brochures of the area and other businesses. There is also a sitting area and a few tables where guests can relax and/or request drink service. There is wi-fi in the Twine Loft in case you are looking for a change of scenery from your room, but would like to surf the web.
Traditionally, guests must check in at the Artisan Inn’s office located on the second floor of the Twine Loft, where they will receive a town orientation and be taken into their vacation home by a staff member.
COVID-19 UPDATED CHECK-IN: During the timeframe that Covid-19 and close contact is a concern, The Artisan Inn will offer a contactless check-in and provide orientation information via email and or video call.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
Please click the sample Cancellation policy waiver. If you wish you reserve a property you must sign this waiver to indicate that you have read and understand our cancellation policies.
CLEANING FEE: A $35 cleaning fee is applied to each booked accommodation to cover the additional materials and human resources required to clean a property in a manner that protects both staff and guests from contact with Covid-19. We have always prided ourselves on cleanliness which is why our added cleaning fee is fairly minimal. We do need to disinfect and not just clean certain items in the house that typically would not have been disinfected in the past (ex the lock mechanism of every window, the pull cord of every blind, every dish in the house even if it has been washed already by the previous guests.) If a room or house is booked for multiple days, the cleaning fee is charged ONCE for that entire reservation. If multiple accommodations are reserved in a booking, a cleaning fee will be applied to each separate accommodation booked. EX. Someone booking 2 different vacation homes to accommodate a group would pay a $70 cleaning fee ($35 per property).

Check In: 4pm (you may check in earlier if your room is ready)
Check Out: 10am (let us know if you would like a later check-out. Check-out time is determined by how long we need to properly turn over a room while being mindful of Covid-19. If we know the next guests are arriving late or of the property is empty we can allow for a later check out time.)
