Amelia Curran left St. John's for Halifax nearly a decade ago, however she still returns to perform on the Rock every year.  Since 2000 Amelia has released 5 albums (Barricade, Trip Down Little Road, Lullaby for Barflies, War Bride and Hunter Hunter.)  Hunter Hunter released in 2010 earned her both Solo Artist of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards as well as a JUNO for Roots and Traditional Album of the year.  Amelia has been performing sold out shows at the Twine Loft since 2008.
