Lighthouse View is in Trinity's historic district, a ten-minute walk from the Rising Tide Theater. Just across the road from the house is the rocky shore, a favorite spot for landscape artists painting Trinity Harbour, the lighthouse and the Skerwink Cliffs. Bald eagles and ospreys are common and lobster fishermen regularly tend their traps. The house was home to three generations of carpenters. Interior renovations this year have restored its original traditional quality. For room rental deposit is refundable until 30 days before arrival date, 50% refundable until 48 hrs. prior to arrival. There will be a $25.00 administration charge. For vacation home rental deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival date. 50% until 1 week prior to arrival date.
