For room rental deposit is refundable until 30 days before arrival date, 50% refundable until 48 hrs. prior to arrival. There will be a $25.00 administration charge. For vacation home rental deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival date. 50% until 1 week prior to arrival date.
