All of our vacation homes are located in the town of Trinity and have ocean views. Each home has it's own unique design and layout. Feel free to contact us and we will help you select a home that will match your style and personal needs!

*Barbour Premise: The rooms in Barbour Place (Cove View Room, Trinity Room, Studio Suite) are normally rented out individually. However, because this property has a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom which are all wheelchair friendly, the Artisan Inn will rent the entire Barbour Place as a vacation home to groups who desire the privacy of a vacation home and require wheelchair access.

Prices do not include tax.
Vacation Home Rentals do not include continental breakfast or daily turn down service. A complimentary turn down service is offered after the 3rd night to provide fresh sheets, towels, amenities…
1 Day Rentals:
The Artisan Inn will rent a vacation home for 1 day if there is a 1 day slot available between two other bookings.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
In order to guarantee a vacation home:
25% of Total Rental Fee
Cancellations:
Deposits on bookings cancelled 45 days prior to the first reserved date are fully refunded, minus a $25 administration fee
Deposits on bookings cancelled 15 days-48 hours prior to the first reserved date will be refunded 50%.
Deposits on booking cancelled less than 48 hours before the reserved date are non refundable.
Should we re-book the cancelled rooms a full refund will be given, minus a $25 administration fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Artisan Inn has a strict no pet no smoking policy. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if pets are brought into any of our properties or if anyone has been smoking on premises.
