A continental breakfast of fresh baked muffins, teabuns and cereals as well as coffee tea and orange juice at the Twine Loft is included free of charge.  Additional menu items may be purchased.

with the exception of the Gover House Suite, prices are based on double occupancy.  There will be a $25 charge for each additional person in rooms which can accommodate more than 2 people.

Prices for the Gover House are based on 1-4 persons. The Gover House Suite.

Environmental rebate:

Occasionally opting out of a "room tidy" when it is not necessary is an excellent way to be an environmentally friendly traveller.  The Artisan Inn will reduce $5 from your bill for each day you request "no turnover service"  The maximum rebate for opting out of room service during a stay is $15.   In order to qualify for the rebate, guests must notify management before 10am on the days they wish to decline turnover service.  This rebate does not apply to vacation home rentals.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

In order to guarantee a room a deposit of the first night stay is required.   

Deposits on bookings cancelled 30 days prior to the first reserved date are fully refunded, minus a $25 administration fee

Deposits on bookings cancelled 15 days-48 hours prior to the first reserved date will be refunded 50%.

Deposits on booking cancelled less than 48 hours before the reserved date are non refundable.

Should we re-book the cancelled rooms a full refund will be given, minus a $25 administration fee.

*Barbour Premise: The rooms in  Barbour Place (Cove View Room, Trinity Room, Studio Suite) are normally rented out individually.  However, because this property has a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom which are all wheelchair friendly, the Artisan Inn will rent the entire Barbour Place as a vacation home to groups who desire the privacy of a vacation home and require wheelchair access.

Vacation Home Rentals do not include continental breakfast or daily turn down service.  A complimentary turn down service is offered after the 3^rd night to provide fresh sheets, towels, amenities…

1 Day Rentals:

The Artisan Inn will rent a vacation home for 1 day if there is a 1 day slot available between two other bookings.
