With a focus on regional cuisine, vegetables, fruit and other ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible. In fact, a variety of greens, herbs and edible flowers are grown in the Twine Loft’s very own kitchen garden and wild berries grow in abundance around the Loft – it doesn’t get much more local than that! -Occasions Magazine Spring 2010-
Wild blueberries and partridgeberries grow in abundance around the Loft.

Calendula flowers add colour and flavour to soups or desserts.
Chives, fennell, dill and lovage at the kitchen's backdoor.
