* "This year your restaurant has been chosen as one of the best in the country by the national restaurant guide. Where to eat in Canada is now 40 years old. Where to eat in Canada is unlike all other guides in one important way, we accept no payment for listings. Nobody can buy his way into this guide and nobody can buy his way out. If you're in the guide, that's because you deserve to be there.
This restaurant is one of 142 to have been awarded a star of excellence in the new 2010-11 edition of the national restaurant guide, Where to Eat in Canada"...Oberon Press
**The Twine Loft or Net Loft is a room or area of fishing premises in which nets are stored and repaired. It sits on the site formerly occupied by the fishing premises of Captain Barbour and was rebuilt in 1940 by Moses Kelly. Presently it serves as a dining room as well as a place for live music performances and a variety of workshops.
